As Vice-President of Investments, you will be responsible for leading U-Rite’s growing underwriting-as-a-services business and sales. As an early team member, you will play a critical role in U-Rite’s success, go-to-market strategy and product development.
You will
- Be an expert in everything real estate financial modeling related.
- Oversee and mentor a team of diverse real estate professionals.
- Develop and manage relationships within the real estate industry.
- Provide product advice and guidance to team of engineers and product managers.
- Work directly with the CEO and co-founders in the execution of strategic initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Knowledge
- 4-6 years of institutional commercial real estate acquisitions, development, or investment banking experience.
- Excellent financial literacy and analytical skills.
- Ability to grasp complex financial and property issues.
- Superior problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented in approach and proficient in building and handling complicated models/data sets.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
