How to Sign Up for the U-Rite Lite Plan

Users often want a quick way to access U-Rite’s core modeling tools without committing to a full subscription. The U-Rite Lite plan provides a streamlined version of the platform designed for users who need essential underwriting capabilities with minimal setup. This guide explains how to sign up and start using Lite right away.

To sign up for the U-Rite Lite plan, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the U-Rite Dashboard
    Navigate to the Dashboard and click Sign Up.
  2. Choose the U-Rite Lite Plan
    When prompted to select a plan, choose U-Rite Lite from the available options.
    This plan includes the core features needed to build models, enter assumptions, and run basic underwriting calculations.
  3. Register or Log In
    You will be asked to either create a new account or sign in with your existing work email.
    • If creating a new account, enter your information
    • Check your inbox and verify your email using the link provided
      After verification, you will be redirected back to the Dashboard to complete your Lite registration.
  4. Review the Plan Summary
    Confirm what is included with U-Rite Lite, which typically offers:
    • Core modeling workflows
    • Limited feature access compared to higher tiers
    • Limited properties per model
    • Ability to create and run limited underwriting calculations
      In many cases, no billing information or add-ons are required if Lite is organization-provided or offered as a free tier.
  5. Activate Your Environment
    Once the signup is complete, your U-Rite environment activates immediately. You can:
    • Download the Excel Add-In
    • Create a new model
    • Explore the Dashboard
    • Begin building and reviewing underwriting files
