Users often begin their U-Rite onboarding unsure of how to register their email or which subscription plan and add-ons they should select. Registering your email is the first step toward accessing the platform, activating licenses, and unlocking features such as modeling tools, automation, AI assistance, and collaboration.

To register your email, start by visiting the U-Rite Dashboard and selecting Create Account or Register Email. Enter your work email address and follow the prompts to verify your identity. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided—click the verification link inside to activate your account. This ensures that your login credentials and license information are tied to a valid email.
Once your email is verified, you’ll be directed to the subscription selection page. Here you can review and choose the U-Rite plan that best fits your needs. Select from available tiers, such as:
- Lite – Standard underwriting tools and Excel add-in access.
- Essentials – Unlimited properties per model and calculations.
- Pro – Full feature set, access to Promote and Argus Conversion features.
After selecting your plan and any add-ons, proceed to checkout to finalize your subscription. Once complete, your account will be fully activated and ready to use across the U-Rite application and Excel Add-In.
